Getting Drop Domain with PR or Not

Last year, I have religiously search and get drop domain. I was specially eying the expired domain with Page Rank (PR). What can I do withe these domains? Well, I can use it to resell them with hight price. Or even just to build a site out of it and profit from many online cash method available.

However, these technique will only last temporary because in the end, the drop domain will loose its traffic or PR unless I keep on doing back linking strategies and other SEO tactics. Imagine if you have 10 or more domains… how can you handle it every day. At least for me, I still find it difficult to manage them by myself. That is why starting from now, I won’t get any drop domain anymore… even with a high PR. I will just focus on my current domains and try to increase their traffic and PR. Visiting New York on Winter

Last January, I decided to visit my relatives in New York. It has been a while that I have not meet them. They are living in a small apartment not far from down town. What you expect with the high rent in New York, it is not practical to have bigger apartment with more expenses.

That was my first visit to New York. My relative told me that if I visit during summer, it will be better to enjoy walking around New York city. Well, I do not mind walking around even in Winter. For me, it does not matter. While walking I saw some double decker bus passing around with tourist on them enjoying New York Sightseeing. It seems an interesting city tour to take. Since, I am still busy with my shopping bags, I decided not to take a ride for that day.

I can’t wait until winter ends

The past few months have been cold seasons. I enjoyed them so much. I like to walk in the night with my winter clothes to fell the fresh air in the winter. It is very relaxing just walking around the park during this seasons.

However, it comes across my mind that I miss being in the beach as well. I do not know exactly when the winter season will end in my area. Even if it ends, I usually need to wait for a month or 2 to go to the beach so that the water is warm enough to play around in the beach.

I read an article in WikiTravel about Cape Maclear. It is a small fishing village in Mallawi with a slow pace of life. It must be a great place just to relax and escape from daily routines. I am thinking to have a beach get away this summer. I still do not decide the location yet but I am planning to have all inclusive holidays to avoid hassle in planning and managing what to do in the place of destination.
